Shawna Thibault, Kim Pham
About
Kim Pham has a diverse background in finance, sales, and the creative arts, and brings a unique blend of skills and experience to every role she takes on. She began my academic journey at King’s College University, studying computer science, art, and languages, before graduating from Fanshawe College with a Finance Diploma. After graduation, she launched her career as a Financial Advisor, quickly advancing to a senior position. Seeking a new challenge, she transitioned into the automotive industry, where she’s spent the last five years mastering various roles, from business development to business management. Today, I’ve found my calling as a sales consultant, combining my financial acumen with my passion for customer service. Outside of her professional life, she channels her creativity into event planning and decorating for friends and family.
Shawna Thibault has built a career in exceptional customer service, operations management, and leadership across various industries. Early in my journey, I gained invaluable experience serving and managing elite social clubs, where I developed strong customer service skills by working with high-profile clientele. For the last 4.5 years, Shawna has been the heart of operations at the JDI Cleaning Services London Regional Office. Her experience here honed her ability to meet and exceed expectations, anticipate client needs, and maintain a high standard of service in fast-paced, demanding environments. When she’s not working, Shawna enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her friends and family and is a proud mom of an energetic 3-year-old boy.
Both Shawna and Kim are looking forward to driving growth, streamlining operations and enhancing the delivery of best-in-class cleaning programs across the Windsor/Sarnia region.
