Regional Franchisees in Kitchener/Waterloo, Dejan and Olga Radulovic were featured during the Canadian Franchise Associations, Franchisee Appreciation Month. Dejan and Olga dive into their origin story with JDI Cleaning Services, starting as Local Franchisees in the Kitchener/Waterloo region in 2011.
Aside from having family in the business, Dejan and Olga wanted to invest in a Franchise with JDI Cleaning Services for a multitude of reasons including:
- The freedom of owning their own business
- A tried-and-true business model with a well-established brand in the commercial cleaning industry
- The flexibility to grow without limits, building a legacy and nest egg for their family

In 2015, Dejan and Olga had the opportunity to purchase the Kitchener/Waterloo Region, with 29 Local Franchisees in their region. Today, 9 years later, the JDI Kitchener-Waterloo region stands tall as the largest region with 65 dedicated Local Franchisees providing best-in-class cleaning services to businesses throughout their community.
