Ognjen Gacic has been a Local Franchisee in the Hamilton/Burlington Region for the last 14 years. Before joining the JDI family, Ognjen was at the point in his life where he was looking for more flexibility in both his personal and work life. Having just started his life with his wife, he was looking for more ways to expand their income while maintaining a positive work/life balance. At the time, Ognjen had friends and family that were thriving in the industry. Their success piqued his interest, leading him to take a deeper look into the opportunities available in the industry to see if it would be a good fit. After researching several commercial cleaning franchises, they chose to partner with JDI Cleaning Services because of its attractive business model. Ognjen felt immediately welcomed into the JDI family by his Regional Director and the Local Franchise network in his Region. Fun Facts About Ognjen
When Ognjens not working, he enjoys gardening and spending time with my family. An interesting fact about Ognjen is his green thumb! This year, he decided to start his vegetable garden from seeds. He planted his seeds in February in his greenhouse and six months later he was harvesting the fruits of his labour. Ognjen sees a lot of transferable principles between gardening and developing his cleaning business. Making the initial investment, taking care of it with due diligence even when the results aren’t instantaneous, not getting complacent and pushing through the ups and downs. Ognjen believes having faith in the infrastructure and support provided by JDI, reap great results just like his vegetable garden.
