Prior to JDI, we worked in roles that required accountability, structure, and consistent execution. That experience shapes how we operate our region today, with a strong focus on systems, standards, and people.
JDI aligns with how we already lead and operate — through structure, repeatable systems, and a people-first approach. Our goal was to build a professional service operation, not just a cleaning business, while creating opportunity and delivering consistent, high-quality results. JDI provides the framework to do that properly.
