Joel began his career with United Janitorial in Prince Edward Island, serving as Sales and Operations Manager from 2021 to 2025. Following JDI’s acquisition of United, he transitioned into the role of Regional Director in 2025. Prior to joining United, Joel built over 15 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry across the Maritime region, developing a strong reputation for operational leadership and client service.

Fun Facts

Joel spent a year backpacking across Australia, connecting with people from around the world and embracing new experiences—from scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef to learning about Aboriginal culture and working on farms across the country.
