After graduation, she launched her career as a Financial Advisor, quickly advancing to a senior position. Seeking a new challenge, she transitioned into the automotive industry, where she’s spent the last five years mastering various roles, from business development to business management. Today, I’ve found my calling as a sales consultant, combining my financial acumen with my passion for customer service. Shawna Thibault has built a career in exceptional customer service, operations management, and leadership across various industries. Early in my journey, I gained invaluable experience serving and managing elite social clubs, where I developed strong customer service skills by working with high-profile clientele. For the last 4.5 years, Shawna has been the heart of operations at the JDI Cleaning Services London Regional Office.
