Professional Background
Athena Hilts holds a degree in business/marketing administration from Sheridan College. She has grown experience working in several verticals including Real Estate, Medical Diagnostics, Financial Communications and most recently for the past 18 years in franchising in the Aftermarket Services industry. Her attention to detail, strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities led her to excel in her role, and she quickly earned recognition for her innovative ideas and contributions to the team. Her passion for franchising has led her to JDI and is excited to be working on our expansion growth development.

Athena is a reliable and loyal family person who also loves all things travel. An avid traveler, she enjoys language, food, and culture. She enjoys pushing her boundaries and always expanding her horizons, along with a bit of healthy competition. She enjoys improving her language skills as she attempts to keep up with her children in French.
